Tip 3- Eating and Cravings

Did you know it is estimated that 300,000 deaths per year may be attributed to obesity.

In fact, obesity increases your risk of heart disease, cancer, diabetes, breathing problems, arthritis and more.

Obesity is often related to the body seeking to fulfill a craving.

We have found that eating a balanced diet often curves those cravings.

In addition to eating a balanced diet, we recommend the following.   

Number one, if it is not time to eat and you feel hungry try drinking a glass of pure water, often we mistake hunger for dehydration.  6-8 glasses of pure water per day will keep you hydrated and help to limit your cravings.

Number two, we find our patients that take a high quality multivitamin have substantially less cravings as they get the vitamins and minerals their body needs.
