Did you know that exercise helps our body in over 40 different ways?  Thirty minutes per day can drastically change your life in any or all of the following ways:  improved immune function, weight loss, decreased chance of heart attacks, helps to relieve pain, reduces risk of high blood pressure, reduces risk of diabetes, anxiety, depression, improves sleep quality, reduces risk of osteoporosis and much more.  Check with your doctor to determine if you are safe to begin an exercise routine.  Walking, running, biking, tennis, pilates, aerobics, step class, and swimming are all great forms of exercise.  Even though walking around your office from desk to desk is good, it's not exactly what we mean.  You must do consistent exercise for at least 15 minutes at a time.  It is better to walk 2-3 times a day in short bursts than nothing at all.  For a complete list of benefits, please visit www.MichauxFamilyChiropractic.com.
